Our Story

Charged Minerals Pty Ltd is an Australian critical minerals explorer and developer with a portfolio of tenements across the Northwest Minerals Province of Queensland.

The proposition is simple. Build a Critical Minerals business of scale in a jurisdiction the world wants to buy from, prove the material can be processed into high performance products, and capture the value uplift by refining it here rather than shipping raw concentrate.

Over the course of our short history we turned that into defined assets: a maiden JORC Resource at Bactrian, an integrated scoping study, metallurgical test work returning 99.96 per cent purity, and two drill-ready copper targets.

Our Strategy

Focus on Bactrian. The flagship carries the Resource, the scoping study and the copper targets. It is where capital and technical effort go.

Two commodities on one tenement. Copper enrichment at Bactrian occurs repeatedly alongside the same graphitic schists that host the graphite Resource, in a district that hosts globally recognised projects like Ernest Henry. Work on one advances the other.

Ground with historical relevance. Our tenements carry more than 40 years of exploration data. Reinterpreting data we already held produced our copper targets without a field campaign.

A lean structure. Established relationships with global specialists whose expertise is available on demand. A low fixed cost base directs capital to the ground rather than to overheads, with each discipline resourced by established consultancies as the work requires.

Our Structure

Charged Minerals Pty Ltd, ACN 663 608 400. Tenure is held 100 per cent through three wholly owned subsidiaries: Graphco Pty Ltd, Graphite1 Pty Ltd and Qld HPA Pty Ltd. The Mineral Resource is delineated on EPM 28463, held by Graphco.

Holding each project in its own vehicle means each can be advanced and funded on its own terms, and can stand alone where that best serves the market and value.
