Civil Engineer with over 20 years experience in the civil infrastructure and mining industries. Having worked across the Public Sector, Client-side and Contracting, Shaun has taken Projects from inception through to planning, feasibility, funding, construction, operations and close-out.

Having recently commenced with Charged Minerals, Shaun will use his years of experience in Queensland’s Mining and Critical Minerals sector to rapidly progress the Company’s Projects with an integrated mine-to-market focus.

20+ years of experience across capital markets, professional services, natural resources, and agribusiness, with senior roles at Goldman Sachs JBWere, Ernst & Young, and Marubeni.

 He was previously a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Top End Energy (ASX: TEE), General Manager of an iron ore exploration company, and adviser to graphite developer Graphinex. Richard also co-founded a corporate advisory firm in Paraguay that secured the first landmark institutional forestry investment into the country.

 He is currently building a portfolio of minority interests through his privately owned investment and advisory firm via concept development initiatives select advisory mandates.
